June 14, 2009 Update

Thank you everyone - runners, volunteers, sponsors - for a great Run & Walk With Pride this year. We had 282 registered participants, 40% women and over 50% new to Seattle Frontrunners. If you have pictures, please let us know by email at rwwp@seattlefrontrunners.org so we can get them online.

  • Run and Walk With Pride is an annual community event open to all, presented by Seattle Frontrunners. Bring your friends and family!
  • Join us on June 14th in Seward Park for a 10K run, 4K run or 4K walk.
  • Race starts at 10:00 am on June 14th.
  • Online registration is now closed. Day of race registration opens at 8:30 am.
  • All finishers receive an event t-shirt and entry into our fabulous raffle prizes! prizes include 2 roundtrip tickets on Alaska Airlines, running gear, and much more! (must be present to win)
  • Have a favorite costume? Be yourself and show us some style, baby!
  • Guest appearance by State Senator Ed Murray
  • Chip timing by BuDu Racing
  • USATF Sanctioned Event
